Test Anxiety Reduction

Case Study #1 - Unseen

A middle school student is doing well in all classes, showing some very minor academic gaps but not enough to be on her teacher's radar. This student is starting to develop test anxiety, especially in math. Left unchecked, this will be a serious challenge for her in high school.

Case Study #2 - Too Much Effort

A high school student with excellent grades, who spends copious hours pouring over assignments and rereading materials, doesn't ever know when studying should end. Inefficient study techniques like he is developing will escalate until he is overwhelmed, stressed, and loses confidence in his abilities.

Case Study #3 - Too Little Effort

A student has excellent grades and never has to study. Everything comes pretty easy so far. Eventually this student will encounter a class that requires some serious effort. The lack of study skills will hit hard. Before college, students need to learn, practice, and hone superior study skills. Professors will expect that students have this foundation and will not be able to re-teach the basics.
